Users agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Website must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred. By accessing and using the Website, users consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Bengaluru, India, for any disputes that may arise.
